Add Event to the Calendar
- Log in to the website with your username and password
- If you do not have a username and password - apply for one
- Click the 'Events' menu button at the top of the home page
- Click the 'Add Event' link on the Events page
- Add the relevant details - Event Name (City, Type of Workshop), Hosted by, Your email address, Select the Category that it belongs to (Which Workshop)
- Add the start and end dates of the event
Add a Location to the Calendar
- Select the Location - If the location city is not in the drop down menu click the 'add location' hyperlink.
- Enter the Location Name and Location Address as - City, Country
- Scroll down to the Google map at the bottom of the page.
- Click and hold the mouse button on the balloon marker. Drag it across to the location of where the event will be conducted

Click 'save' on top right of screen
Registration to Event
- Make the event Public
- Enable registration - If you select this option the BRIDGE Office will forward you the participant list
- Set 'automatically approve users' to no
- Click 'Next'
- Add a description of the event - facilitators, venue, organisations and country.
- Click 'Save'.
- Check to see that the event has published correctly to the calendar
