The workshop is funded by the Australian Agency for International Development (AusAID) and the Elections MDP Project of United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), and hosted by the Australian Electoral Commission (AEC) and UNDP.
The goal of DG BRIDGE, is to promote and support democracy and governance through facilitating dialogue, learning, resources and networks in the Asia Pacific region and is targeted at a wide range of stakeholders including government representatives and officials at all levels, community organisers and leaders, policy makers and thinkers, civil society organisation leaders, staff of international agencies, business leaders, civic education professionals, emerging young leaders and so on.
