IDEA funded TtF workshop in Kenya Sep 11

The Interim Independent Electoral Commission of Kenya has signed a co-operation agreement with the International IDEA to fast track the capacity building of electoral staff in readiness for the general elections in 2012. To this end, the very first Train the Facilitator programme will be held from 05-16 September, 2011, in Nairobi, Kenya.

Twenty four (24) participants consisting of Regional and Constituency Election Coordinators will be in attendance. The workshop is aimed at skilling a core team of facilitators who will cascade training to election staff in the various regions.
