The CEC is undertaking a strategic planning process with an aim to create an institution able to handle the challenges ahead. The BRIDGE workshop is designed to maximise the contribution to the planning process. The agenda is comprehensive implementation of all aspects of the module, and focused on critical review of the organization including the budgeting process, the organizational chart, and the management systems as well as a strategic planning simulation in line with the module, including a stakeholder analysis and strategic issues evaluation.
