The BRIDGE Office is trialling a new facilitator evaluation form over the next few months, and we need your help!

You may be using the old evaluation form, which is included at the end of every module as a Facilitators Resource, and was also available online at the website for completion and submission to us. The old form was focused on self-evaluation of facilitators and how they felt the workshop went and was received by participants, but did not give the BRIDGE Office, or the facilitator, much useful feedback.

After a brief consultation with some active BRIDGE facilitators, we have changed the form and it is now much more detailed and hopefully will collect some much more useful information. It includes space to comment about the curriculum, facilitation methodology, preparation and implementation issues, and key highlights and challenges of the workshop.

Please note that this is a work in progress and there is definitely much that can be improved! But we need your feedback to do so, so please let us know what you think. We are aiming to review and update the form for formal use in April 2012.

The form is only available online, but we are asking all BRIDGE facilitators who run a workshop over the next few months to fill it out at the end of their event. You can find it here: http://bridge-project.org/index.php?option=com_rsform&formId=19

Some basic tips:

- Make sure you are LOGGED ON to the website when you go to the form or you will not be able to complete it

- The form is quite lengthy, but you do NOT have to answer every question. While there are some compulsory questions, most of them are at your discretion – but please remember that the more information we receive, the more we can improve!

- Only one facilitator from the workshop needs to fill the form in, and this can be anyone in the team, not just the lead facilitator. The facilitation team might like to fill it out together, but you only need to complete it once for each workshop.

- We apologise that the form is only available in English, however if you would like to respond to some of the questions in your own language, that is fine.
