Summary – The workshop will familiarize leadership of the Central Electoral Commission of Kyrgyzstan and State Registration Service as well as representatives of the civil society with the elements of electoral management design, and demonstrate how design and institutional culture affect the credibility of the electoral management body; outline the steps, concepts and methodologies of strategic planning as a management tool that can enhance the performance of administrators of elections.
