The Commission plans to build the capacity of its staff through conduct of trainings. In that regard the Commission has planned to conduct training of members of staff in electoral processes using the BRIDGE training approach with focus on Election Administration, Legal Framework and Voter Registration modules. BRIDGE stands for Building Resources in Democracy, Governance and Elections and is a modular professional development program with a particular focus on electoral processes.
