NEC Liberia Expanding Institutional Excellence to its Magistrates

21 April - 25 April

Liberia

Transformation of organizational habits and corporate culture is a long-term process requiring a deliberate, phased approach. The National Elections Commission (NEC) has already laid the groundwork for institutional excellence at the senior management level. Expanding this initiative to the Magistrates, who are the NEC’s frontline representatives, is the next critical step to ensuring the organization operates efficiently and effectively throughout the entire electoral cycle. The UNDP Liberia Electoral Support Project (LESP) plays a pivotal role in supporting this expansion by introducing innovative strategies to make a measurable impact.

This activity is supported by the UNDP Liberia Electoral Support Project in collaboration with the National Elections Commission and European Partnership for Democracy, with the co-funding of the European Union, Irish Aid and Embassy of Sweden in Liberia.
