BRIDGE Rule 1: All BRIDGE activities must be approved by the BRIDGE Partners.  Approval is obtained through the BRIDGE Portal. Therefore, BRIDGE implementers must request approval from the BRIDGE Secretariat for BRIDGE activities as soon as they can legitimately do so.

The Fijian Elections Office (FEO) recognises the critical role of a comprehensive voter awareness and communication program in strengthening Fiji’s participatory democracy. As part of its preparations for the 2026 General Elections, the FEO is committed to delivering inclusive voter education, communication, and engagement initiatives, led by the Stakeholder Engagement & Awareness Department.

The BRIDGE Voter and Civic Education module workshop aims to enhance electoral knowledge and capacity among Electoral Management Bodies (EMBs) and stakeholders. This module will provide FEO staff with a strong foundation in civic and voter education, covering key principles, program types, and best practices. Participants will explore various education and information programs, examine effective communication mediums, and learn essential elements in designing and implementing voter awareness initiatives.
