National Election Board of Ethiopia (NEBE) with the support from the UNDP Strengthening Ethiopian Elections for Democratic Sustainability (SEEDS2) Programme, is hosting a two-week BRIDGE Train the Facilitator (TtF) workshop to develop a cadre of skilled facilitators equipped to deliver electoral capacity building programmes. This workshop brings together representatives from NEBE and other electoral stakeholders who are committed to advancing electoral knowledge and democratic participation in Ethiopia.

The workshop aims to enhance facilitation techniques, deepen knowledge of BRIDGE resources and methodologies, and enable participants to achieve accreditation as BRIDGE facilitators qualified to deliver workshops on electoral topics. Through a rigorous two-week curriculum participants will build a strong foundation in BRIDGE workshop design and delivery.
