BRIDGE Rule 1: All BRIDGE activities must be approved by the BRIDGE Partners.  Approval is obtained through the BRIDGE Portal. Therefore, BRIDGE implementers must request approval from the BRIDGE Secretariat for BRIDGE activities as soon as they can legitimately do so.

Customized Election Day and Result Management Training for NEC Staff

The Netherlands Institute for Multiparty Democracy (NIMD) is organizing a tailored BRIDGE module on Election Day and Result Management for regional and headquarters staff of the National Electoral Commission (NEC) in Hargeisa. This five-day training, scheduled for 7–11 February 2026 in Hargeisa, aims to equip 25 participants with essential knowledge and practical skills related to Election Day and Result Management.

As the NEC prepares for voter registration and the conduct of elections planned for May 2026, this training seeks to strengthen the capacity of NEC staff to effectively plan, manage, and implement voter registration and electoral operations.
