The 3-day workshop is designed for staff of the Central Election Commission of Albania and provides a practical introduction to electoral administration through the interactive BRIDGE methodology. Participants will explore the role of elections in democratic governance, principles of free and fair elections, electoral systems, EMB models, project management, stakeholder engagement, inclusion and accessibility, voter and civic education, and institutional excellence in electoral management. The workshop also aims to support the future expansion of BRIDGE implementation and local facilitation capacity in Albania through the mentored involvement of national co-facilitators.
