BRIDGE Scoping in South Asia

This will be achieved by:

• ·        enhancing the skills and confidence of election managers;
• ·        increasing the awareness of key election management tools and resources;
• ·        developing a network of information and support for election managers; and
• ·        encouraging participants to support each other by sharing their experience.

There will be a four day scoping mission in Thimphu, Bhutan, speaking to the Election Commission of Bhutan and other key stakeholders in election administration in Bhutan. A five day scoping mission in Dhaka, Bangladesh, will also be conducted speaking to the Bangladesh Election Commission, UNDP and other key stakeholders in election administration in Bangladesh.
