The Commission plans to hold a training workshop for all the 16 Districts Electoral Officers and 1 Provincial Electoral Officer from Southern Province in Zambia. The training will use the BRIDGE module, “a customised Introduction to electoral administration” The purpose of this planned training is to equip the Electoral Officers with the skills of managing various electoral activities in readiness for the conduct of the 13^th August 2026 General Election. The Commission will embark on conducting some of key electoral preparatory activities starting in 2024. The targeted officers will undergo the training before the commencement of the key activities leading to the General Election.
