BRIDGE Rule 1: All BRIDGE activities must be approved by the BRIDGE Partners.  Approval is obtained through the BRIDGE Portal. Therefore, BRIDGE implementers must request approval from the BRIDGE Secretariat for BRIDGE activities as soon as they can legitimately do so.

The BRIDGE Partners are delighted to be hosting the first ever BRIDGE Facilitator Community of Practice virtual event!

Every effort is being made to accommodate facilitator suggestions contributed via a recent survey. Time zones are challenging. We are doing our best to accommodate as many regions as possible and we will record the session for those who are unable to attend and share that link after the event. The next event is planned for June 2024 and the focus then will be on different time zones.

The overall theme of the event will be “BRIDGE as a broader capacity building tool to help build institutional resilience: reflections from the past and ways forward.”

The event will take place on 14 February starting from 11:00 UTC and will last for 90 minutes. The event will focus on two main topics.

  1. To what extent should a BRIDGE roadmap be interlinked with institutional learning and development? What are the challenges when implementing a BRIDGE roadmap?
  2. What emerging challenges are not covered in the BRIDGE curriculum? Are these challenges covered in other curricula?

The platform for the event will be Zoom.

Interpretation audio channels will be available within the Zoom Webinar format for Arabic, French and Spanish speakers.
