BRIDGE Rule 1: All BRIDGE activities must be approved by the BRIDGE Partners.  Approval is obtained through the BRIDGE Portal. Therefore, BRIDGE implementers must request approval from the BRIDGE Secretariat for BRIDGE activities as soon as they can legitimately do so.

Council of Europe, in cooperation with the Central Electoral Commission (CEC) of the Republic of Moldova is organising a 4-day BRIDGE modular workshop Building Institutional Excellence in Elections for the representatives of the CEC. The workshop aims to explore themes relating to the management, organization, structure and culture of an EMB and enhance participants’ understanding of how to maintain institutional excellence in election administration.
