The BRIDGE Civic Education and Voter Information Workshop will be organized by the Centre for Continuous Electoral Training (CICDE) by the Central Electoral Commission of Moldova within the framework of the Strengthening Democracy Resilience in Moldova project (EDMITE III), implemented by UNDP Moldova.

To enhance communication between electoral bodies and society, CICDE will train a group of civic and voter education multipliers, including teachers, librarians, staff of the Central Electoral Commission and CICDE, and civil society representatives from different localities across Moldova. The initiative is based on the recognition that civic and electoral education, together with timely and reliable voter information, are essential for safeguarding electoral integrity, improving the quality of electoral processes and strengthening electoral resilience. It will also contribute to the development of a sustainable support network of stakeholders actively involved in electoral education, voter information and the broader protection of democratic processes.
