The Zimbabwe Election Support Network (ZESN) will host a three-day customised BRIDGE modular workshop, “Introduction to Electoral Administration”. The participants will be drawn from Chapter 12 Constitutional Commissions and civil society organisations, as key election stakeholders. The workshop’s objectives are to enhance knowledge of electoral standards and principles, effective electoral management techniques and best practices, and promote transparency, accountability, and credibility in electoral practices. The Workshop will serve as a critical platform for Zimbabwe’s election stakeholders to review the country’s electoral standards against international standards and principles, as well as standards of best practice, and will create an opportunity for participants to have meaningful dialogue on strengthening voter awareness strategies, share insights on effective outreach methods to promote citizen participation in the electoral processes.
