BRIDGE Rule 1: All BRIDGE activities must be approved by the BRIDGE Partners.  Approval is obtained through the BRIDGE Portal. Therefore, BRIDGE implementers must request approval from the BRIDGE Secretariat for BRIDGE activities as soon as they can legitimately do so.

Electoral Systems modular workshop in Ukraine

During March 12-14, 2024, IFES in cooperation with the joint IFES-Central Election Commission (CEC) Administrative Center for the Training of Elections Process Participants (Training Center) will conduct a three-day workshop on electoral systems. The event will gather representatives from CEC of Ukraine and civil society.

The aim of the workshop is to aware participants about the electoral systems including principles of electoral systems, different types of electoral systems used in the world (FPTP, TRS, AV, BV, PBV, STV, MMP, SNTV, LV, BC).

During the workshop the participants will have the opportunity to try out themselves as voters and as members of the commission during the vote count, which will provide a deeper understanding of peculiarities of each electoral system.

This workshop will be facilitated by Accrediting level facilitator Evgeniy Krikopolo, two Workshop level facilitators Igor Feshchenko and Tetiana Buchynska together with TtF-completed facilitator Igor Slyshynskyi.
