During March 15-17, 2023, IFES in cooperation with the joint IFES-Central Election Commission (CEC) Administrative Center for the Training of Elections Process Participants (Training Center) will conduct a three-day workshop on electoral systems. The event will gather representatives from CEC of Ukraine and IFES Ukraine.

The aim of the workshop is to aware participants about the electoral systems including principles of electoral systems, different types of electoral systems used in the world (FPTP, TRS, AV, BV, PBV, STV, MMP, SNTV, LV, BC).

During the workshop the participants will have the opportunity to try out themselves as voters and as members of the commission during the vote count, which will provide a deeper understanding of peculiarities of each electoral system.

This workshop will be facilitated by two Accrediting level facilitators Evgeniy Krikopolo and Anna Denis together with three TtF-completed facilitators.
