Introduction to electoral administration

26 October - 30 October

Tonga

The BRIDGE Introduction to Electoral Administration Workshop will strengthen electoral knowledge and support a common understanding of electoral administration among stakeholders involved in the delivery of elections across Tonga.

The workshop will bring together participants from the Tonga Electoral Commission, representatives from outer island administrations, and key operational and logistical partners. The initiative recognises the importance of building electoral capability across the wider election delivery network and creating opportunities for stakeholders to develop a shared understanding of electoral processes and responsibilities.

Drawing on the BRIDGE module Introduction to Electoral Administration, the workshop will provide participants with an overview of the principles, processes, and practical considerations involved in delivering credible, transparent, and effective elections. It will also help strengthen professional networks and support ongoing collaboration between organisations that contribute to the successful delivery of elections in Tonga.
