BRIDGE Rule 1: All BRIDGE activities must be approved by the BRIDGE Partners.  Approval is obtained through the BRIDGE Portal. Therefore, BRIDGE implementers must request approval from the BRIDGE Secretariat for BRIDGE activities as soon as they can legitimately do so.

Introduction to Electoral Administration Modular Workshop

UNDP had supported the October 2022 elections through UNDP resources the project that is expiring at the end of 2023, which ends the previous electoral cycle, as well as the previous strategic plan of IEC. The UN Needs Assessment Mission conducted in May-April 2023 recommended extension of the election assistance mandate throughout the next elections cycle of 2024-2028. As part of the Africa Election Fund project of UNDP Lesotho is supporting a BRIDGE workshop on Introduction to Election Administration which will contribute to the capacity building of Lesotho Independent Electoral Commission (IEC) staff.
