The Election Commission of Pakistan has recently recruited 20 Election Officers in Grade-17 who are at present undergoing Pre-Service Training (PST) in Pakistan’s Electoral Academy for Democratic Practices, Research and Management, Islamabad w.e.f 9th April to 11th July 2025. This Training is aimed to enhance the professional capabilities of these new appointees by focusing on the development of their interpersonal skills, analytical skills, leadership qualities, and professional knowledge in respect of electoral management. The training is designed to enable the new appointees to lead their teams and to make correct, prompt, and informed decisions during an election event. Election Commission has included two BRIDGE Workshops in aforesaid training, one being Operational Planning Module and second being Electoral Systems Module.
