The Electoral Commission of Zambia supported by UNDP is planning to have 25 of its members of staff undergo Building Resources in Democracy, Governance and Elections (BRIDGE) Training that responds to the needs of the Commission. This will be a CUSTOMISED tailor-made Introduction to Electoral Administration BRIDGE Training. The dates set are 28 November to 4 December 2022.The proposed training has been necessitated by past observations with regard to the effective and efficient management of elections. The purpose of the training is to equip identified selected members of staff with the knowledge and skill of managing elections and ensuring credibility, acceptance and stakeholder confidence in the electoral process and the subsequent election outcome.
